Add a Record Field
  1. Open the group properties by selecting the ‘Properties’ button next to the group drop-down menu:


  2. Select the ‘Configure’ button:


  3. Select the ‘Schema’ button:


  4. Select the ‘Modify’ button:


  5. Select the ‘Add’ button:


  6. Give the field a name (avoid spaces in the name), set the format and type (this will vary depending on what information you want to store)(see the subsection ‘Field Formats and Common Uses’), and select the ‘Add’ button:


  7. Select the ‘Close’ button:


  8. Select the ‘Close’ button:


  9. Select the ‘Ok’ button:


  10. Select the ‘No’ button:


  11. Select the ‘Yes’ button:


  12. Select the ‘Ok’ button to save the changes:

Delete a Record Field

You can delete a field from the registration; however, we recommend simply making the field invisible instead. This means that you will not lose any information in the event that you decide you do need the field. See the ‘Special Attributes’ subsection for this feature. If you truly wish to delete a field, follow the steps for adding a field and select ‘Delete’ rather than ‘Add’ on step 5.
