Jolly Announces Lobbytrack Active Directory and Access Control Integration
The latest update to Lobbytrack adds integration with Active Directory and Access Control Systems

SAN MATEO, Calif. – May 31, 2019 – Today Jolly announced a major update to their Lobbytrack online visitor management platform. Along with several feature enhancements, the update adds integration with users on-premise Active Directory for host account management and integration with third party access control systems.

The new Active Directory sync tool allows organizations to easily create host accounts in Lobbytrack for their Active Directory users. Users can use their host account to schedule and manage their visitors on Lobbytrack.com or using the Lobbytrack host mobile app.

Active Directory sync can be run manually or setup to run automatically and add or disable host accounts as they are updated in Active Directory.

Donnie Lytle, Customer Relations Manager at Jolly Technologies says, "Integration with Active Directory streamlines what would otherwise be the most labor-intensive part of setup, adding employees as hosts to Lobbytrack. Now, instead of periodic imports or manual entry, hosts can be added and kept up-to-date via automated sync."

Today's update also adds integration with third party access control systems. The access control system integration feature will allow users to activate pre-encoded access control cards during visitor sign-in and automatically deactivate cards at sign-out. Using automated expiration, Lobbytrack can also deactivate cards that are not returned at the end of the day. Lobbytrack currently supports integration with the S2 Netbox with additional integrations planned for release over the next few weeks.

Lobbytrack is available at www.lobbytrack.comand is free to use for customers with less than 500 visitors per year. Monthly subscription options are available for larger institutions. The Lobbytrack mobile apps are available for Apple, Android, and Windows devices.
