The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager /
Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our B2B SaaS growth initiatives.
This role combines campaign execution, marketing operations, data management,
and cross-functional project coordination.
This is a remote, work-from-home contract position for candidates based in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize outbound and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized marketing and customer data.
- Build, test, monitor, and improve email campaigns and workflows.
- Coordinate content, product communications, and feature launches across teams.
- Organize customer webinars, feedback initiatives, and user engagement programs.
- Track project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Use campaign and customer feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and processes.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, including collecting feedback and testimonials.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology startups, or enterprise software environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing email marketing, outbound, or lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong project and process management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data, campaign metrics, and performance feedback.
- Able to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Compensation
€30-€55/hour, depending on experience and relevant technical and marketing
operations expertise.
