Time Track logs each visit and provides both tabular logs and graphical reports so that usage patterns and employee’s and contractor’s history are easily accessible.

With Time Track Time and Attendance System, employees and contractors are registered by entering personal information and a taking a photo or through a driver’s license scan. A watch list check can be automatically performed to check against expelled former employees and an online database of sex offenders and other criminals. Other optional employee registration steps include: signature capture, fingerprint capture, and a customizable release form. The Time Track Time and Attendance System will count how many times an employee or contractor has entered a facility and automatically produced a report showing hours worked. Employees and contractors can be denied access at a termination date or when their privileges revoked.
