To purchase Jolly products using a purchase order, fax a copy of the signed purchase order to Jolly. Purchase orders are only accepted from reputable institutions and state municipalities. For detailed instructions, click here.

To purchase Jolly products using a check, select the Pay By Check method when checking out from the Jolly Store. You will be emailed a copy of your order confirmation. Print out the order confirmation email and mail it along with a check for the specified amount to Jolly Sales. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received.
- How do I pay using a credit card?
To purchase Jolly products using a credit card, select the Pay By Credit Card method when checking out from the Jolly Store. All transactions are secure and 128-bit encrypted.
- What do I receive after my order is complete?
When you purchase one of Jolly's products, you will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. The confirmation email will include a receipt of your transaction, a download link, and your license key(s). If you purchase a CDROM version of one of Jolly's products, you will also receive a boxed CDROM via the delivery method you chose.
- Will I receive a download link if I order a CDROM package?
Yes. Every order will receive a download link unless otherwise noted.
- What is Jolly's upgrade policy? Do I have to pay for upgrades?
Minor upgrades of the same version number, i.e. Print Studio 2.1 -> Print Studio 2.2 are provided free of charge to all registered users. Major upgrades, i.e. Print Studio 1.0 -> Print Studio 2.0, are provided at a discounted rate for registered users.
