Jolly Technologies Announces the Release of Lobbytrack™ 4.0 and ID Flow® 4.0
Jolly Products Now Available in Eleven Languages

SAN CARLOS, Calif. – July 1, 2008 – Today Jolly Technologies announces the public release of Lobbytrack and ID Flow version 4.0 and their availability in eleven languages.  The highlights of this release are simplification, integration and localization.

Lobbytrack and ID Flow are now available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian. A language translation table allows for other languages and dialects to be added.

The new products are menu driven. Step-by-step processes for enrollment, registration, badge production, record retrieval and reporting are all easily definable by the user. They may be configured for unattended and self-registration stations such as touch screen systems and kiosks. Customization applies everywhere -- from record fields to menu options to workstation settings. The products are easily networked through a single shared file.

Lobbytrack 4.0 offers LDAP / Active Directory integration for immediate host lookup and email notification; enterprise-grade networking and high-reliability, secure data storage based on Microsoft SQL Server; a web-based Online Visitor Registration System; and more.

ID Flow 4.0 will allow card offices to streamline production processes through an error-free guided approach. Also included in this release is UV printing; smart, contactless and proximity card encoding; and more options for managing images.

“4.0 is impressive! The brand new look is very user friendly and allows you to easily register/check-in anybody without ever missing a step,” said Pamela Johnson, president of Identiphoto. “The new look makes it easy for anyone to identify, verify and track any number of cardholders groups. I did not think it was possible for Jolly to make their easy solution for creating badges and tracking people and property any easier, but the new version does just that.”

“Our engineering team has outdone themselves with 4.0,” said Kurt Bell, VP Sales & Marketing, Jolly Technologies. “We’ve taken visitor management and ID card production to new heights. Processes are simple and easy to understand. A new security guard, receptionist or card office personnel can launch the product and know exactly what to do. We’ve made workflow adaptable to any environment and we’ve made this possible just about anywhere in the world.”

“In a complex and busy world it’s refreshing to witness a major plastic card software designer making life simpler for the operator,” states Chris Rayner, Managing Director of Eagle Technologies Ltd. “With 11 languages, rich in features and economically priced, it’s easy to understand why Lobbytrack and ID Flow have emerged as leading favorites.”

ID Flow and Lobbytrack are available through Jolly Technologies and their network of VARs and distributors around the world.
