Challenge
Triangle maintains a large team of employees and service men who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of Triangle packaging equipment. As employees come and go from work, they check in and out via a time clock system that scans a barcode on the employee's time card.

Triangle service men also are required to provide a valid photo ID card once they arrive on location so that clients can verify the individual as a valid Triangle employee. The photo ID card is then left with the client until the job is finished. Before using Print Studio, the drivers were forced to leave their drivers license as that was the only valid photo ID card that they carried.

Solution
Triangle combined their time and attendance barcode and their photo ID card requirements in a single photo ID badge, created with Print Studio 2.0. Employees now check in and out by swiping their photo ID badge through the time and attendance barcode scanner, and rather than having to leave their drivers license with their clients, service men now just provide their photo ID badge.
