About Quintin Kynaston School
As a specialist Technology College, QK School's mission is to promote
a culture of excellence in scientific, technical and vocational
learning whilst providing a good all-round education in languages,
arts and humanities. Located in London, UK, a staff of approximately
150 serves more than 1400 enrolled students.
Challenge
QK School was looking for a quick and simple, yet powerful solution
to produce ID card's with photos for approximately 500 people.
Working on a limited budget, expensive solutions provided by
third party companies were not an option.
Solution
Print Studio provided exactly what QK School was looking for. Using
the software they are able to quickly produce professional photo
ID cards at the click of a button. The staff was very pleasantly
surprised to find the software so easy to use that they did not
need to consult the manual, even when just getting started.
The software is currently being used to produce six different
card designs that can be changed with just a mouse click. Through
the database interface, cards can be retrieved and reproduced as
needed when lost.
