"We were looking for a more cost-effective solution for producing
ID cards for our employees – Print Studio has helped us to
decrease that expense dramatically."

About Anchor Health Centers
Anchor Health Centers is a multi-specialty medical group with more
than 400 employees serving southwest Florida. Through their
network of 35 locations, they specialize in lab & radiology,
sleeps labs, urgent care, physical therapy and research.
Challenge
Naples, Florida is a seasonal resort area and also a very transient
community. A top priority for Anchor Health Centers is to ensure
that their patients feel comfortable with their provider team.
To help foster that relationship, an important first step is
to clearly identify their personnel.
Solution
Prior to using Print Studio, Anchor Health Centers used costly
engraved name badges to identify their service providers to their
patients. However the engraved name badges proved to be impractical
as they were expensive, slow to acquire and had to be discarded
when the employees left the company.
They now use Print Studio to print full-color, high-visibility
name badges in-house for a fraction of the cost they were spending
previously. For less than they had been spending on a single bulk
order of engraved name badges, they were able to purchase Print
Studio and all of the supplies needed to get started. They have
also enjoyed the flexibility Print Studio provides.
"We have added custom features that were simply not an option
previously. Using Print Studio, we are also now able to provide
temporary ID cards to our visitors," explains Ms. Boyette.
Benefits
- Dramatically decreased ID card expenses
- Ability to identify consultants and contractors as they are
dispatched to various locations
- Clearer, more visible identification
In Summary
"Print Studio has significantly improved our ID card production process in countless
ways," says Ms. Boyette.
