Robust Check In / Out Options

Check cardholders in and out by scanning barcodes, magnetic stripes, prox cards or a keyboard

Lobby Track supports Windows compatible barcode scanners, magnetic stripe reader, proximity card readers, keyboards and more.

When a valid card is swiped, Lobby Track displays the cardholder’s record.  The cardholder may then be checked in or out after review or automatically based on access policies. Both the Scan Screen and the Record Screen can be customized.

Create Access Policies

Individuals and cardholder groups may have access allow or deny rules assigned to them based on location, day of week, time of day, length of stay and expiration date.

Record Time of Entry and Exit

Lobby Track automatically records the time and location of each entry and exit

View reports of entries and exits by specified groups or by individual records.

Schedule Alerts

Trigger alerts to occur during any event

Individuals and cardholder groups may have alerts triggered before any action including check in / out, card printing, record modification and equipment check in / out. Alerts may be displayed on-screen or sent via e-mail.
