View and print data in pre-defined and custom detailed logs and reports

Lobby Track collects detailed information on all activities that occur. Who Is In, Evacuation and Today’s Visitors reports are built in. Build additional custom reports including users, cardholders, cardholder groups, locations, action, date and time. Each cardholder has a detailed history log.

Configure specific reports by selecting options in the custom log setup. Report criteria may be saved for future use. Logs and reports are both printable and exportable.

The new chart interface provides a means to easily gauge entry and exit volume.

Log Time and Attendance

Track employee and contractor hours easily.

View time and attendance logs without exporting data. Display data by total hours worked or detailed breakdown of attendance.

Access data through individual employee records or group interface. Customize reports by date range and cardholder group. Export reports as .csv files and integrate with your payroll system.

Track Equipment

Track equipment in and out of facilities

Lobby Track can track hardware, library books, lab equipment and more into and out of facilities.  Equipment is assigned to a specific cardholder and reports, such as overdue equipment, may be generated from the equipment logs. Detailed history logs for equipment are also available.
