Label Print Center streamlines the printing procedure by providing a simple interface for entering label data and printing labels. Users can easily move between label designs, add or edit records and print labels with just a few mouse clicks.

How the Label Print Center Works

• Step 1: Design your label using the Label Flow Designer
• Step 2: Person printing labels logs-in to the Label Print Center
• Step 3: The label design is selected from a pull down list
• Step 4: The record data is selected or added for the labels to print
• Step 5: The labels are printed

Feature Highlights

Define user accounts and privileges
Optionally require users to login. Detailed permissions are available for each account including the restrict the ability to add, edit, or delete records, print labels and more.

Add, edit and delete records
Label Print Center users can easily work with label data records including creating new records, working with existing records, or deleting records.

Print labels one at a time or in batches
Label data records can be displayed in single label view where the label data is shown along with a preview of the label or in spreadsheet view where multiple data records are shown and can be selected for batch printing.

Easily move between label designs
Simply choose the appropriate label design from a pull-down list to move between label design files. No need to open or close documents.

Customizable data entry screens
The data entry screen layout can be customized to group data any way you like. Grouping data simplifies entry and makes it more readable. Drag and drop record fields, change their colors, create custom pull-down menus, mark fields as read-only, automatically format data, capitalize text and much more.

Detailed logs of all activities
Label Print Center activities are logged including record modifications and label printing. Log information includes the name of the user who performed the action, date and time, location and more.
