Create your label design using layers
Labels may be designed in layers to organize the design, add transparency and watermark effects and conditionally print objects. Layers are stacked upon one another and the opacity of each layer can be adjusted to create transparency and watermark effects. Also, each layer can be conditionally printed.

Retrieve or generate data on the fly at print-time
Retrieve text and barcode data from a database, generate serialized text and barcodes, compute date and time or let an operator key-in data at print-time.
