About Krayden

Krayden is a technical problem solving distributor specializing in various types of chemistries for the OEM manufacturer. Krayden brings together the most respected silicone, epoxy, urethane, acrylic based adhesive / sealants, protective coatings and encapsulant manufacturers under one roof. In addition, they carry environmentally friendly lead free solders and cleaners.

Krayden distributes these products throughout the United States and Mexico with a focus on the aerospace, automotive and electronics industries.

Challenge

Krayden needed a means to create specialized shipping labels for their diversified customer base. Each customer comes to Krayden with unique labeling requirements for their order.

Furthermore, it was necessary for Krayden to be able to keep a database of each customer's label specifications so that they can be easily updated and replicated for future use. Krayden also needed a solution that could be easily implemented at multiple locations throughout the United States without extensive training.

Solution

The flexibility of Label Flow allows Krayden to generate custom labels for any of our customer's specific needs. Previously, Krayden had been using a more expensive and more complicated barcode label software that lacked Label Flow's flexibility and customization capabilities.

Label Flow has intuitive organization has made it easy for the shipping department to maintain records for each shipment and the customer's unique specifications.

Finally, Krayden was able to implement Label Flow into their shipping system easily and without extensive training, thus saving time and increasing efficiency.
