Visitors, contractors and employees are enrolled in Jolly's Lobby Track System through a fast driver's license scan, while watch list checks, duplicate record checks and flash photo capture are performed automatically. Access control cards are issued and the visitor is automatically assigned a record and access level within the Lenel's OnGuard system. At an expiration date or during check-out the access privileges are revoked and Lobby Track removes the record from the Lenel OnGuard system. The combined solution allows front desk security to issue access control cards that provide controlled facility access to select visitors.

Lobby Track Visitor Management System was specifically designed so that it can be easily integrated with a customer's network and data environment. The open-data architecture allows users to use any open-database source to store visitor records: MS SQL, Oracle, MS Access and MySql are most common. Lobby Track will integrate with LDAP or Active Directory for host look up as well as with mail servers to automatically send email notifications.
