Summary
The QA/Tech Support Manager is responsible for testing our product line, evaluating similar products and making feature recommendations. You will provide telephone- and email-based technical support to our customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Learn our product functionality inside and out
- Thoroughly test our software
- Create detailed documentation of bugs and functional problems using our reporting systems
- Make recommendations for new functionality
- Answer tech support calls and resolve customer issues
- Be an active voice and contributor as a part of our engineering team
Ideal Skills
- College degree in related field
- Experience in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Technical Support
- Proven problem solving abilities
- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Skillful follow-up techniques
- Desire to learn and advance as an integral part of a growing software company
