A joint partnership between Jolly and Brivo provides an integrated version of Jolly's Lobby Track visitor management software with Brivo's Online Access Control System. The combined integration will allow customers to issue access control credentials directly from the Lobby Track visitor management system and allow visitors, contractors and employees appropriate access levels to various sectors of facilities. The implementation is seamless and configuration requires only the entry of the customer's Brivo account name and password.
With the Lobby Track Visitor Management System users can register visitors at attended registration desks, unattended self-registration kiosks or online in advance with Lobby Track Online Registration Module. Scanning a driver's license, business card, or passport and auto-populating fields makes registration quick and easy. Automatically, visitors are checked against a watch list, the host is notified by email, and the badge is printed. Registration can be further customized with options like photo capture, signature capture, fingerprint capture, customizable non-disclosure agreements, and integration with the organization's access control system.
The Lobby Track Visitor Management System is used for tracking visitors into and out of a myriad of different facilities, from corporate to government, healthcare to education.
